WELCOME WEEK

In conjunction with the Faculty of Science, the Science Society welcomes the first years with open arms into our science family. From tie-dying lab coats, winning prizes, free BBQ, to dunking the Dean--we show you what Science Pride is all about. Whether you are a first year or fourth year, don’t miss out on your first taste of Science Society in the school year!

MOL DAY

Free guacamole, salsa and chips for everyone in Science on October 23rd (6.02… x10^23)!

FROST WEEK

A week-long event filled welcome back to school after the Winter break.

SPEAKER SERIES

From Bob McDonald, to Dr. Roberta Bondar… who will join us at the University of Windsor to inspire the young bright minds of the Faculty of Science next? Stay tuned for the next feature in our Annual Speaker Series!

MEET THE PROF

Classes have started and you’ve realized that your professor’s life outside the classroom might actually be pretty cool. Well… here’s your chance to ask them about it! Join us in an informal night of meeting your professors with food and activities for all.

HALLOWEEN HUNT

Our first annual Halloween Hunt, in conjunction with the departmental associations was a great success! Join us in travelling across campus to visit the offices and lounges of our departmental associations for some treats & updates on what the clubs are up to! For more information about the departmental associations, check them out here.

SCIENCE CHARITY BALL

Science students may be studying and stressed 90% of their undergraduate lives… but that last 10% is out enjoying Science Society’s initiatives. Most importantly… our Annual Science Charity Ball! A night of great food, dancing, awards & more! All while donating to our elected charity of the year? Seems like a win-win. We love hosting this event alongside the departmental clubs in Science, because this is an event for EVERY student within the Faculty.

PI DAY

Free pie for everyone in Science on 3.14 (March 14th)!
