****At the end of this form, you will sign up for an interview. If you are a successful applicant after the interview, you will be invited to a mandatory mentor training in early September. You may be paired up with a mentee as soon as the training date, depending on when you can be trained. We will do our best to pair up all mentors, but pairings will be done based on interests, major and year in program, so if someone you know gets paired before you, that may be why.

If you would like more information about the program, please do not hesitate to email us at

We are scheduling most of the interviews for late August. Please use the following link to schedule a time, or let us know if you cannot make any of these times and we will contact you to schedule an alternative time.
