Science Society is dedicated to empowering undergraduate science students at the University of Windsor. We strive to provide access to meaningful academic and professional opportunities that support student growth and development. To further this mission, we allocate a portion of our budget, funded by student levies and sponsorships, to help finance eligible student experiences. These may include conference fees, travel costs, networking events, workshops, competitions, and other educational opportunities that enrich the student experience.  All undergraduate students within the Faculty of Science are eligible to apply. To be considered, please complete the application form below. Your reason for the request, the amount requested, and your financial circumstances will be reviewed to determine eligibility for partial or full reimbursement.  A valid receipt must be submitted for funding approval. You are welcome to apply once you have made the payment, even if the opportunity has not yet taken place. However, funding cannot be issued without a receipt.  If you are attending a conference, Science Society can cover up to $250 in eligible expenses. If you are presenting at the conference, the Science Society may provide additional funding, up to a maximum of $500. All funding decisions are made at the discretion of the Science Society Executive Team.
