Hello

In my role as Vice President of External Affairs, I’ve taken on responsibilities to maintain and uphold the integrity of Science Society’s mission, by sustaining relations with our Charity of the Year and spearheading events to increase donations for our local community, such as the Annual Charity Raffle. Furthermore, I took initiative to expand on relations and improve student experience for our faculty, spending months working with the other Presidents of UWindsor societies to host a Society Hockey Tournament, the first event of its kind.

I’ve been grateful for the opportunity to take on a leadership position as VP External and create an impact in our faculty, and I am ready to expand on my efforts as president. With my perspective as an executive, I now understand the direction and guidance that is required to maintain this society between all committees, and I’m invested in working with every member of our club and faculty to create the best experience for every student.

I plan to expand our Society on a provincial level, working with other Ontario universities to re-establish the Ontario Science Students’ Association and integrate science across the province. Most importantly, I want to hear your concerns and needs to enhance each student’s undergraduate experience on campus.
